Visual Studio sql hide design

To have visual studio show SQL and now show the design panel, follow the following:

1. Right-click on the file, and select Open With...
2. Then select Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools, T-SQL Editor,
3. Click on Set as Default
4. Click OK.
